My friend Sarah, bless her ass, always knows how to get me excited. The other day, she texted a photo – a vibrant, chaotic image that instantly lit up my screen. It was of a Hazbin Hotel rainbow drawing, specifically for t-shirts. My immediate reaction? Utter delight. I’ve always had a soft spot for the show’s wickedly charming characters and the way it embraces the bold, unapologetic side of life. And rainbows? Well, they’re pure, unadulterated joy in visual form.
The idea of blending those elements, specifically for wearable art, got my brain buzzing. I remember the last time I tried a hand-drawn design, it was a cat with a wonky eye. Let’s just say, the results were less than professional, more like an adorable scribble. This project felt different, though. The potential to express the Hazbin Hotel fandom, combined with the vibrancy of a rainbow palette, was irresistible. The thought of sporting a Charlie Morningstar t-shirt, for example, bursting with colour, made me giddy.

Thinking about the design process makes me smile. Would I go for a full-blown rainbow explosion, encompassing every character in a kaleidoscopic swirl? Or perhaps a more subtle approach, using rainbow accents to highlight specific aspects of the characters? I’m picturing Angel Dust with rainbow-tipped legs. Or maybe, Alastor, grinning amidst a spectrum of hues, his microphone a swirling vortex of colour. That would be absolutely something.

How I can buy this Hazbin Hotel rainbow drawing T-shirts
Truth be told, a couple of my other friends don’t -quite- get the Hazbin Hotel obsession. They find it… a bit much. But, honestly, those characters are a balm to my soul sometimes. The way they handle their situations is inspirational. And the design could be something everyone can wear.
Creating Hazbin Hotel rainbow drawing t-shirts is now a real project. I’m already shopping for a decent tablet, which is something I haven’t done. I can’t wait to see the finished product. I’m hoping I’ll be able to wear my own creation soon, a symbol of my affection for the show and a reminder to embrace the colourful chaos of life.
